- Our founder moved on site full time. Every call was measured against one question: does this protect opening day?

- The doors opened on the promised date, with press, café and merchandising all ready.

- We stopped construction and walked every room with the people who would run it, before anything disappeared behind drywall.

- Late changes became simple field adjustments, and Santa Monica, Culver City and West Hollywood followed.

- We came in early with constructability reviews, budgets, and a Title 24 lighting redesign that kept the original warmth.
