The Best Problems Are the Ones Your Client Never Has to Solve
Some of the most valuable work on a project is never seen. It's the planning that stops expensive problems from ever happening. TIA Silver Lake was the client's first West Coast location — a boutique project where seemingly simple details required exceptional precision.

The Challenge
Healthcare spaces keep evolving during construction. Once walls close, moving an outlet or a data line gets expensive fast.

Our Approach
Before we closed a single wall, we stopped. We walked the space room by room with ownership, operations, architects, and engineers — reviewing every room as it would actually work on opening day. Because the building was still open, changes were quick and cheap.

Leadership Where It Matters Most
Leadership isn't always moving faster. Sometimes it's knowing exactly when to pause.

The Result
TIA opened without change orders or avoidable delay — and earned Precise the next projects in Santa Monica, Culver City, and West Hollywood.
The Precise Way in Action
We Verify Before We Build.
That extra conversation takes an hour. It can save weeks.
“Clients rarely celebrate the outlet moved before drywall. What they remember is opening without change orders, rework, or delay.”
Leadership Reflection
Slowing down at the right moment often allows you to move much faster later.
