The Challenge
The signature detail was a continuous shadow reveal between the custom wood base and the drywall — a clean, floating line held across the entire showroom. Then the water-source heat pumps didn't arrive in time.
Our Approach
Rather than wait, we resequenced the ceiling so the equipment could be installed after completion — protecting both the schedule and the finished architecture. Precision begins long before installation.
